Nidhi Bharal, Ph.D., MAMS is an accomplished academician and clinical scientist serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Translational and Clinical Research at Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. She obtained her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from University College of Medical Sciences & GTB Hospital (Delhi University) and previously completed her M. Pharm and B. Pharm in Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Jamia Hamdard. With over 22 years of teaching and research experience, her expertise spans neuropharmacology exploring repurposed or indigenous drugs for the treatment of epilepsy and autism along with neuroinflammatory pathways. She has also worked on neuro behavioural changes due to pharmacotherapeutics in Diabetes and Cancer patients. Dr. Nidhi has made significant contributions through her work on cognitive and psychological impairments in chronic conditions such as diabetes and cancer, leveraging standardized neuropsychological tools, depression scales, and quality-of-life instruments to generate clinically actionable insights. Her experience extends across clinical trial operations, pharmacovigilance, pharmacoepidemiology, and translational research, and she has been actively involved in both medical and pharmacy education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. A recipient of multiple awards for her research work presented in various National & International Conferences including Dr. Vinod Kumar Bhargava Award by National Academy of Medical Sciences. She has also received ICMR grants for her research work. Anoop Kumar currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology, Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (DIPSAR), Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research University (DPSRU), Govt of NCT of Delhi. He has more than 10 years of teaching and research experience in reputed organizations like Cipla Pharmaceutical Limited Baddi, Shanti Niketan College of Pharmacy, Mandi, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, Gurugram, Translational Health Science Institute (THSTI), Faridabad, ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga, Punjab and National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Raebareli. Recently, he has also been included in top 2% list of scientists released by Stanford. His current h-index is 31, and i10-index 79 with citations of 3767 with more than 100 research and review articles. His lab gets funding from various government bodies like DST SERB, ICMR, NIF, and IIT-Delhi. His research interests are in the following areas: 1) Drug repurposing 2) Meta-analysis of clinical trials 3) Network Pharmacology 4) Pharmacoeconomic studies 5) Signal analysis in Pharmacovigilance 6) Animal experimental studies.
