This book is the conference proceedings of the Chinese Materials Conference 2025 held by the Chinese Materials Research Society (C-MRS) in Xiamen, China. It consists of about 20 papers in fields such as energy materials, environmental materials, advanced structural materials, functional materials as well as materials simulation, preparation, and evaluation. Readers will encounter new ideas and technologies in the field of advanced materials.
Yanan Chen Mainly engaged in the research of ultrafast preparation of new materials and their application in the field of new energy. In 2016, Professor Chen Yanan and Professor Hu Liangbing first proposed the concept of high-temperature thermal shock and pioneered the emerging research field of ultrafast synthesis of nanomaterials based on the concept of high-temperature thermal shock. As the first/corresponding author (including co-author), he has published more than 70 research papers in top journals such as Nature Sustainability, Nature Comm. (2), JACS (2), Adv. Mater. (4), Angew. Chem., NSR, Materials Today (2), Nano Letters (3), ACS Nano, AEM (12), AFM (2), etc., and many of his papers have been selected as highly cited papers. His research results have been reported many times by media such as Guangming.com, Guangming Daily, People’s Daily, Zhonghong.com, Science and Technology Daily, China Daily, Beijing Daily, etc. He has been authorized with more than 10 national invention patents and US invention patents and has converted many patents (conversion amount of 4 million).
