The proposed book covers all the relevant details of Natural Fibre Composites (NFCs) commencing from the reinforcement side to its fabrication routes, mechanical, thermal, and metallurgical characterizations, machining and joining aspects (conventional, advanced and hybrid modes), surface analysis (defects and wettability characterization) and so on. It details reuse, re-manufacturing, and recycling of NFCs.
Gives complete overview of the mechanical, metallurgical, and tribological aspects of natural fibre composites
Includes automotive applications and potential of natural fibre composites
Covers tribo, thermal and mechanical aspects apart from joining techniques
Elaborate details on joining, reuse, remanufacturing, and surface modification
Discusses all aspects of natural fibre composites towards sustainable manufacturing
This book is aimed at graduate students and researchers in sustainable composites, materials science, and polymers.
