In a world increasingly focused on natural, plant-based wellness, polyphenols – potent antioxidant compounds derived from foods, fruits, herbs, and medicinal plants – are transforming the landscape of modern healthcare and nutrition. This comprehensive volume presents a rich, evidence-based exploration into the science and application of polyphenols in the nutraceutical industry.

Bridging the divide between phytochemical foundations and practical innovation, this book offers in-depth insights into:

The chemistry, biosynthesis, and structural diversity of polyphenols
Antioxidant mechanisms and cellular pathway modulation
Therapeutic roles in combating chronic diseases and oxidative stress
Pharmacokinetics, bioavailability, and regulatory standards
Green extraction methods and formulation technologies
Sustainable sourcing and ethical practices in product development
The polyphenol market and its prospects

With contributions from experts in the fields of botany, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, and functional food research, this book serves as a critical resource for researchers and scholars, students and educators, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and product developers.

Whether you're advancing academic research or pioneering next-generation nutraceuticals, Polyphenol Nutraceuticals and Healthcare provides the knowledge, tools, and vision needed to innovate with scientific integrity and ecological responsibility.
