Revolutionizing Microbial Technology: Unlocking the Potential of Artificial Intelligence explores the potential integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in the fields of microbiology and biotechnology. The book delves into various applications of AI in microbiology across different sectors. This includes coverage of basic microbiology, identification and characterization of microbes, how AI can be implemented in microbiology laboratory practices, and how bioinformatics can help analyze microbial data and help understand complex biological systems. It discusses implementation of AI in healthcare for the diagnosis of microbial diseases and AI-driven microbial therapies and examines potential AI solutions for the acceleration, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency of the drug discovery and drug development process. Additional coverage includes the AI integration in the food and agricultural industries. Revolutionizing Microbial Technology provides a comprehensive understanding to researchers, academics, industry professionals and students of the potential of AI as an advance tool for microbial research and application.
