Assoc Prof. Dr. Jiangong Zhu, is an Associate Professor at Tongji University. He was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Institute for Applied Materials at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany and is a “Humboldtians” Fellow. His research focus is on applying the ex-situ (post-mortem analysis) and in-situ methods (e.g., impedance, neutron powder diffraction) to investigate the battery degradation, and inventing new science methods (e.g., machine learning and optimization) to prognose the battery state of health and manage the battery lifespan. Dr. Ranjun Huang works at the School of Automotive Studies, Tongji University. His research interests include low-temperature performance degradation, heating and charging technologies for lithium-ion batteries. He has published over 10 peer-reviewed papers. Prof. Dr. Haifeng Dai, is a Professor at Tongji University. He has been involved in the research of vehicle electrification for more than 10 years. He has carried out original research on vehicle electrification including battery multi-domain & multi-scale modeling, state estimation and thermal management, system control, etc. He has also published more than 120 papers. He is the IEEE Senior Member and Elsevier “Most Cited Researchers”. He achieved a series of scientific research results (more than 20 China patents), which aroused the attention of academic and industrial circles worldwide and achieved certain economic and social benefits.
