This book presents the proceedings of HSMV2023, the 13th International Symposium on High Speed Marine Vehicles, held from 23 to 25 October 2023 in Naples, Italy. More than 40 submissions were received; 27 papers were selected for presentation and publication in this book after a rigorous review process.
