Prof. Maila Dinia Husni Rahiem, M.A., Ph.D., is a professor of Early Childhood Education and Social Welfare at Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Indonesia. She currently serves as the Head of the Center for International Cooperation Services (PLKI) and is a Senior Advisor to the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education of the Republic of Indonesia. Additionally, she is the Director of the Center for the Study of Religion, Environment, and Climate Change and an Adjunct Professor at Central Queensland University, Australia. Her research interests include resilience, disaster management, sustainability, early childhood education, Islamic education, and narrative inquiry. She has published extensively on child development, education for sustainable development, disaster risk reduction, and the role of religion in fostering community resilience. Recognized among the Top 2% of Scientists Worldwide by Stanford University, she has received multiple academic excellence awards for her impactful research and publications. Prof. Maila plays a pivotal role in advancing international research collaborations, policy development, and sustainability initiatives. As Chief Editor of the GreenThink 2024 Proceedings, she has contributed significantly to interdisciplinary discussions on the synergy of religion, education, health, science, and technology in fostering resilient societies.
