AIEST is a leading conference focused on providing a platform to researchers, scholars, engineers, scientists and industrial professionals to gather knowledge and bridge the gap between academia and its industrial aspects, around the world. This conference will be an immersive experience primarily focusing on the latest advancements and researchers in various fields of engineering, including but not limited to Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology and other interdisciplinary areas. AIEST will cater to the transitional practices where industrial knowledge would be conveyed to academia regarding real-time scenarios and practical findings, thus fostering collaboration and the development of innovative solutions to counter contemporary challenges in engineering and technology.
Dr. Jyoti Sekhar Banerjee is currently serving as the Head of the Department in the Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) Department at the Bengal Institute of Technology, Kolkata, India. He is also the Professor□in-Charge, R & D and Consultancy Cell & Nodal Officer of the IPR Cell of BIT. Since 2024, he also works as a Remote Researcher in the Internet of THings & AppliCAtions Lab (ITHACA) at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Western Macedonia, Greece. He is the former remote research fellow of the Cognitive Computing and Brain Informatics Research Group (CCBI) at Nottingham Trent University (NTU), UK. Dr. Banerjee completed his post-doctoral fellowship at Nottingham Trent University, UK, in the Department of Computer Science. He also completed a post graduate diploma in IPR & TBM from MAKAUT, WB. He has teaching and research experience spanning 20 years and completed one IEI funded project. He is a member of the CSI, IEEE, ISTE, IEI, ISOC, IAENG and fellow of IETE. He is present Secretary-cum-Treasurer of the ISTE WB Section and Secretary of the IETE, Kolkata Centre. He is the immediate past Secretary of the Computer Society of India, Kolkata Chapter. Dr. Banerjee has also been elected as the Vice Chairman Cum Chairman Elect in the Computer Society of India, Kolkata Chapter for the year 2025-2027. Dr. Siddhartha Bhattacharyya [FRSA, FIET (UK), FIEI, FIETE, FSCRS, LFOSI, SMIEEE, SMACM, SMAAIA, SMIETI, LMCSI, LMISTE] is currently a senior researcher at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, Ostrava, Czech Republic. He is also a scientific advisor at Algebra University, Zagreb, Croatia. Prior to this, he was the Principal of Rajnagar Mahavidyalaya, Birbhum, India. Before this, he was a professor at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore, India. He also served as the Principal of RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata, India. He has served VSB Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic, as a Senior Research Scientist. He is the recipient of several coveted national and international awards. He received the Honorary Doctorate Award (D. Litt.) from The University of South America and the SEARCC International Digital Award ICT Educator of the Year in 2017. He was appointed as the ACM Distinguished Speaker for the tenure of 2018-2020. He has been appointed as the IEEE Computer Society Distinguished Visitor for 2021-2024. He is a co-author of six books and the co-editor of 106 books and has more than 400 research publications in international journals and conference proceedings to his credit. Dr. Debashis De is a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, India. He received an M.Tech. degree from the University of Calcutta, in 2002. and a Ph.D. from Jadavpur University in 2005. He is a senior member-IEEE, fellow IETE, and life member CSI. He was awarded the prestigious Boyscast Fellowship by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, to work at the Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, UK. He received the Endeavour Fellowship Award from 2008–2009 by DEST Australia to work at the University of Western Australia. He received the Young Scientist award both in 2005 in New Delhi and in 2011 in Istanbul, Turkey, from the International Union of Radio Science, Belgium. In 2016, he received the JC Bose research award from IETE, New Delhi. Dr. Jiinia Datta received her Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering in 2006 from Birbhum Institute of Engineering and Technology, Birbhum, West Bengal. She received his Master of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering in the year of 2008 from Calcutta University. She was awarded PhD in the year 2015 from Calcutta University. At present, she is working as Principal of ABACUS Institute of Engineering and Management, Magra, West Bengal, India. Prior to this, she was engaged as Principal in charge Camellia Institute of Engineering and Technology, Budbud, West Bengal form (April 2018–August 2020) and as an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering Department (B.Tech) in Birbhum Institute of Engineering and Technology, Birbhum, West Bengal form (July 2010–April 2018). She was also working as an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering Department (B.Tech) in Bengal Institute of Technology and Management, Shantiniketan, West Bengal form (July 2007–June 2010). Her current areas of interest are control system based on modeling of controller, fuzzy control etc. Dr. Panagiotis Sarigiannidis is the Director of the ITHACA lab, co-founder of the 1st spin-off of the University of Western Macedonia: MetaMind Innovations P.C., and Full Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the University of Western Macedonia, Kozani, Greece. He received the B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki, Greece, in 2001 and 2007, respectively. He has published over 360 papers in international journals, conferences and book chapters, including IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Internet of Things, IEEE Transactions on Broadcasting, IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine, IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society, IEEE/OSA Journal of Lightwave Technology, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Access and Computer Networks. He received six best paper awards and the IEEE SMC TCHS Research and Innovation Award 2023. He has been involved in several national, European and international projects, coordinating and technically leading numerous national and European projects including H2020, Horizon Europe, Erasmus+ and operational programs. His research interests include telecommunica□tion networks, internet of things and network security. He is an IEEE member and participates in the Editorial Boards of various journals like IEEE Transactions on Communications, IET Networks, International Journal of Communication Systems and International Journal of Information Security. Dr. Jan Platos is a professor at the Department of Computer Science and the Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, VSB-TUO, Czech Republic. He has co-authored more than 240 scientific articles published in proceedings and journals. His primary fields of interest are machine learning, artificial intelligence, industrial data processing, text processing, data compression, bioinspired algorithms, information retrieval, data mining, data structures, and data prediction. Dr. Muhammad Mujtaba Asad is serving as an Assistant Professor and Lead Researcher of Educational Technologies and TVET Research at Department of Education, Sukkur IBA University, Pakistan. He is also serving as an honorary international faculty at the American University of Nigeria. Dr. Asad has national and international working experience of more than 13 years in the industrial and educational sectors in the domain of educational technologies for teacher education, digital equity and inclusion, virtual and augmented reality for experiential learning, work and product-based education, and technical and vocational education. Dr. Asad has published more than 80 research articles (WoS & Scopus Indexed) in reputed international journals and conferences worldwide. He has also published three books that focus on the observational skills of competent educators and Innovative Educational Technologies and pedagogies for Higher Education 4.0.
