Mahmoud Tavassoli is retired Professor of Urban Design at the University of Tehran, Iran. He has a degree in Architecture from the University of Tehran, a degree in Planning from the University of Edinburgh, the UK, and a degree in Urban Design from the University of Manchester, the UK. He is the author of Urban Structure in the Hot Arid Environments, 2016, and Form, Space and Design, 2019.
