Her research interests include technology management, artificial intelligence, and healthcare. Sanjay Dhir is Associate Professor of strategic management in the Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India, and a Fellow of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India. Author of several research papers and co-author/co-editor of three Springer books, he is a core committee member of the Government of India's Unnat Bharat Abhiyan project to improve conditions in rural India. His research interests include strategic management, joint ventures, innovation management, management of change, implementation strategies, and international strategy. Shuchi Sinha is Associate Professor at the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. She has taught and researched in the United Kingdom and India. Her research interests include identity work, leadership, workplace spirituality, sense making among others. She has published several research papers in international journals of repute. Currently, she is working on research projects related to employability and future of work.
