Toshiharu Ishikawa is Professor Emeritus, Chuo University, Japan. He was also the former directer of Institute of Economic Research Chuo University and is a visting resercher. Daisuke Nakamura is Professor of Faculty of Global Management, Chuo University. He is also a researcher of Institute of Economic Research Chuo University.
