It looks at the case law and the jurisdiction of the ICC, and adopts a thorough critical approach. This book is an excellent contribution to the development of the debate on climate change.
Laura Westra is Professor Emerita at the University of Windsor, Canada. She holds a PhD in Law from Osgoode Hall, York University, Canada, and a PhD in Philosophy from University of Toronto, Canada. She is Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Jurisprudence, University of Salerno, Italy.
