Professor Rahim Tafazolli, Director of 5GIC and Institute of Communication Systems, 5G Innovation Centre, University of Surrey, Guildford, United Kingdom. Rahim Tafazolli has been the Professor of Mobile and Satellite Communications at the University of Surrey since April 2000, Director of Institute of Communication Systems (ICS, formerly known as CCSR) since January 2010 and the Director of the 5G Innovation Centre since 2012. He has over 25 years of experience in digital communications research and teaching. He has authored and co-authored more than 500 research publications and is regularly invited to deliver keynote talks and distinguished lectures to international conferences and workshops. Professor Chin-Liang Wang, Department of Electrical Engineering & Institute of Communications Engineering National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. In addition to an illustrious teaching career in both the US and Taiwan, Dr. Wang served as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing from 1998 to 2000 and an Editor for Equalization for the IEEE Transactions on Communications from 1998 to 2011. He was also one of the Guest Editors for the Special Issue on Model Order Selection in Signal Processing Systems of the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Signal Processing. He is an IEEE Fellow. Periklis Chatzimisios, Associate Professor, Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki, Greece. Dr Chatzimisios participates as a researcher and scientific officer in European and national research and development projects. For more than 15 years he has been a member and / or Chairman of the Scientific / Steering Committee of hundreds of international conferences and the Scientific Committee of a large number of journals issued by IEEE and other publishing houses. He is a member of the IEEE 5G Initiative, and IEEE Communication Society (ComSoc) Standards Development Board, among many others.
