He is author of about 300 papers that have been published in scientific journals and in proceedings of international conferences. He is Treasurer of IFToMM Italy (Member Organization of the IFToMM, International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science) and Organizing Chair of the Second International Conference of IFToMM Italy (IFIT 2018).

He is President of IFToMM Italy (Member Organization of the IFToMM, International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science) and Chair of the IFToMM Permanent Commission for the History of Mechanism and Machine Science.
