Dr. John F. Kershaw is President of C-Tec, Inc., a company that develops automotive instructional training materials and undertakes automotive forensic investigations.' He has over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry. Prior to C-Tec, he worked for GM as a district service manager, executive automotive training manager, and a senior program developer, where he developed automotive training programs for all of the GM Training Centers. He has also been an automotive instructor at Camden County College and Harrisburg Area Community College and is the author of numerous automotive textbooks and developed automotive curriculum for Nissan, FIAT, GM, Corinthian Colleges, Inc. Ohio Technical College, Intellitec, and PennFoster College He has been a member of NATEF and ASE workshops, helping to develop their standards and test questions.
