Characterization of ceramic materials is the first book organized by a team of experimentalists on thermochemical properties and phase equilibria data of ceramics exclusively. Some specialized ceramics and their applications are discussed in chapter 6. Finally, a precise summary section, which is aimed at giving the reader a clear-cut brief guide to choosing experimental methods in ceramics, is given and followed by selected references.
