The David Silver Honda collection is a guide to the motorcycles that have been collected by David Silver through the years. These are now on display in a museum in Leiston, Suffolk and this guide has been put together to compliment the models that you will see with a history through the decades from the 1940s to the 1990s.

Roger Etchell has ridden Honda bikes for 45 years. He joined Honda Uk at Power Road, Chiswick in the 1970s. His role was varied, visiting dealers, establishing ad campaigns, creating sales brochures and liaising with Japanese colleagues amongst other roles and developments. By the mid 1980s he was head of motorcycle sales. After a few years he felt the need for a change and started his won dealership. By 1994, he had sold his business and took up Sales & Marketing Director at Silverstone Circuits Ltd. From 2001 he has provided marketing consultancy.
