Mr.. Hall is a former Institute Director for the Construction Specifications Institute and is currently Chairman of the MasterFormat Expansion Task Team. He also serves on the OmniClass Construction Classification System (OCCS) Development Committee. He is a former chairman of the CSI Uniform Drawing System Task Team and sits on the National Institute of Building Sciences’ National CAD Standard Project Committee where he is co-chair of the External Libraries Committee.
