Rachael Thrash is an international educator and facilitator who helps schools build inclusive cultures where students and educators lead together. Her career includes leadership roles at the International School of Helsinki, Waynflete School in Maine, and the American School of Warsaw, and collaborations with the Educational Collaborative for International Schools (ECIS) and the Big Questions Institute. She currently leads global SEL and citizenship initiatives as Senior Director of Education and Innovation at Big Bad Boo Studios and is Founder of Co-Create Schools.
