Donald A. Schutt Jr. is the director of human resource development in the Office of Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Previously he was a career development specialist at the Center on Education and Work in the School of Education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His most recent work is A Strength-Based Approach to Career Development Using Appreciative Inquiry, published by the National Career Development Association. Schutt is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Wisconsin as well as a national certified counselor and a master career development professional. His educational background includes a Ph.D. and M.A. in counselor education from the University of Iowa, and a B.A. in journalism and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
