Written in an engaging story-telling format, this guide covers six essential areas: the macro picture of politics and elections, the ergonomic approach to politics and power, ruling and opposition dynamics, connecting with people, election ergonomics, and practical exercises for application. Each chapter begins with an overview section and concludes with key points for easy digestion and future revision, followed by practice sessions that allow readers to test their understanding. This structured approach ensures that readers can gain practical skills they can immediately apply to enhance their political effectiveness.
Application of Ergonomics in Politics: A Layperson’s Approach is designed for those in the field of politics including politicians at all levels, political campaigners, public speakers, election organizers, political science students, and anyone interested in understanding how ergonomic principles can improve political processes.
