War die Coronapandemie die Stunde der Exekutive? Dem Parlament wurde vielfach attestiert, es habe seine verfassungsgemäßen Aufgaben bei der regulatorischen Corona-Bewältigung unzureichend erfüllt. Angesichts dieser Problemwahrnehmung, die in der Coronakrise zugleich eine Krise des Parlamentarismus identifiziert, analysiert die Arbeit sowohl tatsächliche als auch rechtliche Aspekte der parlamentarischen Arbeitsweise in der Coronakrise am Beispiel des Deutschen Bundestages.
