Dr Louis A. Picard is Professor Emeritus in the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh, USA. His research interests focus on African human security, international development and conflict resolution. He is the author of fourteen books, more than 50 articles and 60 professional reports.Paige Noah is an attorney specializing in complex and class action litigation involving consumer protection, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and data privacy. She holds a JD/MPIA from the University of Pittsburgh where she conducted field research on conflict, international law, and disability in Uganda. Her advocacy work draws on partnerships with local Non-Governmental Organisations and survivor communities. Ashley Saxe is a pediatric physical therapist specializing in treatment of children with orthopedic, neurologic, and genetic disorders impacting their motor development. She holds a DPT from the University of Pittsburgh where she completed field work and research in several countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. She is passionate about serving and empowering marginalized communities across her professional and advocacy work.
