This book aims to promote gender diversity and social justice, focusing on 'equity' rather than 'equality' to advance gender justice. The chapters explore various aspects of gender parity, inclusivity, diversity, disability, and equity, with a strong emphasis on women's empowerment, LGBTQ+ issues, and disability rights. The authors creatively address gender challenges and propose solutions, covering topics such as workplace inclusion, leadership, education, cultural shifts, economic participation, health, and legal empowerment. The book also highlights initiatives like Mission Shakti in empowering women and enhancing their leadership roles. Designed to foster gender inclusivity and empowerment, this book is valuable for scholars of gender studies, public policy, and legal studies, serving as an essential reference for students, academics, and policymakers.
