JURISDICTIONAL NOTE:

I allege that Evelyn Yudowitz used her residence at 19333 W. Country Club Dr., Apt. 1723, Aventura, Florida 33180 as the central hub to coordinate a sustained campaign against me, including threats, solicitation of murder, and obstruction, via phone, email, and intermediaries. Since 2010, conduct directed from or through that Aventura address allegedly included: 2017 Email Referencing “you put a price ‘IN’ our heads” (Ex. 9), October 2020 SMS threats tied to her network (Ex. 2), and 2015 threats and bribery attempts targeting my then-pregnant girlfriend (Exs. 17–18). These Florida-based activities create a sufficient nexus for Florida jurisdiction under Fla. Stat. §§ 910.005 and 48.193(1)(a)(2).

Although based in Boston, Ken W. Shulman is alleged to have acted as a co-conspirator within Ms. Yudowitz’s Aventura-based network. By forwarding the November 2017 email stating “You put a price ‘IN’ our heads” (Ex. 9), and by otherwise acting in furtherance of the scheme, he allegedly joined a conspiracy whose substantial steps were planned, coordinated, or facilitated from Aventura, Florida. Florida may exercise jurisdiction where any part of an offense or its effects occur in Florida. See Fla. Stat. §§ 910.005; 777.04(3) (conspiracy); and 777.011 (principals). Venue in Florida is therefore proper. Additionally, to the extent Shulman acted as an aider/abettor to Florida-based conduct, liability attaches under Florida’s principals/accessories framework. See Fla. Stat. § 777.011.

STATEMENT OF FACTS

The following facts demonstrate how Evelyn Yudowitz, from her Aventura residence, orchestrated a series of criminal acts, including solicitation of murder, tampering with a witness, obstruction of justice, and stalking, all aimed at preventing me from reporting her crimes and forcing me into overseas refuge.

 

Evelyn Yudowitz’s explicit connection to the threats and actions in Hong Kong and the Philippines is evidenced by her direct coordination from her Aventura residence at 19333 W Country Club Dr, Apt 1723, Aventura, FL, Miami-Dade, through phone calls, emails, and her network of intermediaries.

 

She maintained constant communication with the assailants, providing them with my location and other critical details, ensuring that each act of harassment was executed under her direction and control from Aventura. This coordination establishes a clear pattern of willful, malicious, and repeated harassment. The following factual allegations support the charges against Evelyn Yudowitz and Ken Shulman, demonstrating a sustained campaign against me that has caused me to relocate abroad for safety reasons by November, 2025:

 

2014 FUNDS WITHHOLDING AND INTERFERENCE

In 2014 Evelyn Yudowitz withheld $100,000 (Exhibit 1) from her Aventura residence at 19333 W Country Club Dr, Apt 1723, Aventura, FL, Miami-Dade, to strand me in the Philippines facing dangerous assailants after I begged for my life and my baby’s life, and sought a repatriation loan to report her to the FBI. She insisted I use her State Department liaison, which failed, keeping me trapped. The State Department had informed me that I needed $2,500 to leave the Philippines, but Evelyn sent only $1,500, deliberately insufficient to cover my travel expenses and exit visa fines. This partial funding was a calculated tactic to strand me in the Philippines, physically preventing me from reaching the FBI headquarters to report her in person.

Additionally, Evelyn’s chosen State Department liaison from Arlington, Massachusetts who knew her husband and resided near his office, interfered with my repatriation loan application, further blocking my ability to secure the necessary funds to travel. At the same time, Evelyn falsely told the State Department that I was mentally ill, undermining my credibility and discouraging their assistance in facilitating my departure. This false claim forms part of a pattern where Evelyn has made similar false mental illness claims in 2008 to the State Department while I was detained in China for a mutilated passport, and in 2020-2021 to influence doctors for the HKPF, intended to prevent me from reporting crimes or seeking legal recourse. Concurrently, her intermediaries— Americans who knew my location from the repatriation loan application—came to my room escorted by local police and threatened to kill me, escalating the danger and directly linking these threats to her efforts to stop me from reporting her crimes.

2015 THREATS AND BRIBERY ATTEMPTS

In 2015, Evelyn Yudowitz coordinated threats to kill me and attempts to bribe then girlfriend Lesyl Medalla to assist in my murder, visiting her mother’s house only listed on my repatriation loan application and our rooms as we moved to evade them, with references to poisoning our baby, who died in pain as I watched Lesyl screaming, flopping, huffing and puffing for thirty minutes, and again a few days later what looked like poisonings, after the first time Lesyl said the baby was moving too slow, before Lesyl crushed the baby’s skull against the sink, observed in proximity to Evelyn’s intermediaries. who came to our room and were seen with Lesyl that week (the week I discovered any trust account might exist when the assailants interfered with and stopped my local private loan, a loan which supported prenatal care that already confirmed by sonogram and massage the baby was healthy; same week of the fiber optic cable and break-in. In the same week, I recieved an email from Anne requesting my location, stating that her new husband wished to meet me; however, no such meeting ever took place. In the same week, I received an email from Anne stating, “Enjoy the time with my baby while it lasted”. (To be obtained via subpoena, as current access is unavailable); described from personal recollection). (Exhibits 17 and 18), all coordinated via phone calls from her Aventura residence at 19333 W Country Club Dr, Apt 1723, Aventura, FL, Miami-Dade.

These actions included threats to shoot me and bribery attempts against Lesyl, including poison statement and my observations tied to our baby’s death, establishing a pattern of willful, malicious, and repeated harassment. Evelyn Yudowitz maintained constant communication with the assailants through encrypted channels and intermediaries, including Ken Shulman, to coordinate the timing and execution of the attacks, as evidenced by intercepted email correspondence dated between 2010 and 2022 (Exhibit 5: Redacted Email Transcripts). These communications reveal explicit instructions for the assailants to target the complainant upon relocation to vulnerable jurisdictions, including specific directives regarding timing, location, and methods of intimidation.

3. 2017 Email Referencing “You Put a Price ‘IN’ Our Heads”

Based on the message content, available records, and witness information, I allege that Ms. Yudowitz authored an email stating, “You put a price ‘IN’ our heads,” and that the communication originated from or was coordinated through her Aventura residence. Attorney Ken W. Shulman later forwarded that message. I contend this constitutes an overt act evidencing solicitation and furthering a conspiracy coordinated from Aventura, Florida. (Ex. 9.)

4: 2020 SMS SENDERS TRACKING AND FALSE CLAIMS

In October 2020, I received SMS threats in Hong Kong (Ex. 2) and reported them to the Hong Kong Police Force (Ex. 4). I allege the senders acted at Ms. Yudowitz’s direction.
