The ability to communicate is truly powerful as it enables us to say what we want, express what we feel, share what we think. And it is not only about us, to make ourselves heard, but to hear others, because both speaking and listening are integral parts of the communication process. It is not only to say what you want or to hear the message but to listen attentively and to understand the meaning behind it.
