Researchers from diverse countries and organizations contribute perspectives using varied disciplinary and methodological traditions, offering a comparative view. The volume defines the regional knowledge base, highlighting commonalities and differences in leadership roles, essential for policy development and future research. By focusing on Latin America's unique context, it informs leadership frameworks, illustrating connections and divergences from predominant models.
