He is Chair of the New Jersey Domestic Security Task Force Infrastructure Advisory Committee for the chemical sector. Dr. Bennett is a certified Firefighter, Fire Official, Fire Officer, Fire Instructor, Hazardous Materials Specialist, and Weapons of Mass Destruction Technician.
