Is there something that we can simply call creativity? Is there something that unites the various forms of creativity and explains in 'essential' terms what it is? We think so. Claudio Lucchiari has a degree in Psychology and a PhD in Communication Psychology. He is Associate professor in cognitive psychology at the University of Milan, Italy. Lucchiari is a member of the International Society for the Study of Creativity and Innovation and of the Integrated Science society. He has edited and authored 8 books, more than 70 peer-reviewed articles and hundreds of contributions in books and scientific conferences. Paola Maria Sala has a degree in Philosophy and a PhD in Human Sciences (2022). She is an expert of creative methods and is the co-founder of Altisensi, a creative social enterprise which works with schools and companies in Italy and abroad. Maria Elide Vanutelli has a Degree in Psychology and a PhD in Neuroscience. She is a researcher at the Department of Psychology, University of Milan-Bicocca, Italy. She is an expert in creativity, psychology of food and meditation, and is also a certified yoga teacher. She has authored more than 60 scientific national and international papers.
