Yan Li is a lecturer at Baoji University of Arts and Sciences in the Shaanxi Province, China. Her current research interests include language testing and assessment, e-Portfolio assessment, Teaching English as Second Language. She is a Future Scholar in Educational Evaluation Plan, a member of Asian Association for Language Assessment, a member of Educational Evaluation Committee in China, Council Member of International Association of Hallidayan Linguistics, reviewers of several international journals. She has published over 20 refereed journal and conference papers.Ricky Lam is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education Studies at Hong Kong Baptist University, Hong Kong, China. He is Associate Editor of Frontiers in Education and has served on several international editorial boards. His research interests include L2 writing assessment, digital portfolios, and language assessment literacy. His publications have appeared in Language Assessment Quarterly, System, RELC Journal, Assessing Writing, Language Testing, TESOL Quarterly, and other journals. Thus far, Ricky has published four monographs and 110 refereed journal and conference papers.
