C. Kyle Rudick (Ph.D., Southern Illinois University) is an associate professor in the Department of Communication and Media at the University of Northern Iowa. He has published over 50 articles, chapters, and books, with his work appearing in prestigious outlets such as Communication Education, Western Journal of Communication, and Communication Quarterly. Kyle Cheesewright (Ph.D., Southern Illinois University) is an associate professor of communication arts at The College of Idaho. Their research explores fractal methods of becoming different while remembering, with James Baldwin, that "people are trapped in history, and history is trapped in them.
