The assumption made is that at specific moments in time / turning points, with the pandemic for instance the spirit of the city changes. It highlights how human beings in cities account for such changes (the IIHS runs a postcard project on human lives during the plague and corona) being an example. It uses focal moments in the City as the lens to discuss Art, Literature and City Design.
