Chris Andersen is Michif (Métis), from the parkland region of Saskatchewan. He is the dean of the Faculty of Native Studies at the University of Alberta, Canada. Maggie Walter (PhD; FASSA) is Palawa and Distinguished Professor of Sociology (Emerita) at the University of Tasmania, Australia. Tahu Kukutai (Ngāti Tiipa, Ngāti Māhanga, Ngāti Kinohaku, Te Aupōuri) is Professor of Demography at Te Ngira Institute for Population Research, The University of Waikato, Aotearoa New Zealand. Chelsea Gabel is Métis from Rivers, Manitoba, and a citizen of the Manitoba Métis Federation. She is an associate professor in the Indigenous Studies Department and the Department of Health, Aging and Society at McMaster University, Canada.
