Practical guidance is offered on how to overcome physical difficulties in creating art due to motor impairments, and how to help individuals with cognitive or communicative impairments understand artwork and express their responses to it. New and practising art therapists will find this book to be an insightful introduction to how art therapy can benefit people with developmental disabilities.
