Dr Ngonidzashe Mutanana holds a PhD in Development Studies, a Master of Science in Counselling, a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and a Post Grad Diploma in Higher Education. He is currently a Senior Lecturer (Women's University in Africa, Zimbabwe). He has worked with various universities that include Zimbabwe Open University (ZOU), Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT), Africa University (AU), and Midlands State University (MSU), all in Zimbabwe. To date, he has published 44 journal papers and 1 book chapter. His Doctoral research was centered on indigenous practices in sustainable management of epilepsy in Zimbabwe. Dr Mutanana's proficiencies and attributes include teaching/lecturing up to postgraduate level, learner materials development and researching. He has carried out a number of consultancies with organisations such as UNICEF, AFRODAD, Emthonjeni Women's Forum (EWF), Terres des Hommes (TDH), World Vision and SOS Children's Village in Zimbabwe.
