Frank V. Zerunyan is Professor of the Practice of Governance at the University of Southern California (USC) Sol Price School of Public Policy (USC Price) and Director of Executive Education, USC’s Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) for the U.S. Air Force, Army, Naval Reserves ROTC, and Nautical Science Programs. Professor Zerunyan lectures locally and globally as part of building capacity and fostering leadership among public executives worldwide. He is the author of books, book chapters, and many short articles published nationally, internationally, and on his blog page. He has worked with the United Nations’ Innovation Branch as an expert on public administration since 2013. Yann Duzert is Professor at Rennes School of Business and Visiting Professor at various universities across the globe. Yann has authored or co-authored more than 30 books published in several languages. He has been a mediator for the Brazilian Presidency and coach for Brazilian government leaders. He has also done training and coaching for many international organizations and corporations. He is the inventor of Newgotiation and board member of the MIT Technology Review in Brazil.
