Whether out of conformism, complacency, or even ignorance, it is very often the case that all the information we have about ourselves is limited to the equivalent of the image shown in a photograph and is therefore insufficient. It is for this reason that it is almost impossible for us to live our life to its fullest potential and enjoy it to the fullest of its possibilities. It is as if we are not living on the plane or level for which we were created and, for that reason, we face both in our own life and in our relationship with others many shortcomings or problems that otherwise would not exist. There is no doubt, then, that getting to discover who you are is important. It is important so that you can be happy with yourself; so that you can develop your full potential; so that you can appreciate life and those around you in the different circles of your life; it is important so that you can bring happiness to others without fear or complexes. The only problem is that it is not always easy to reach this discovery. It requires a method, a strategy. It is this strategy that I have called "art". And it is this subject that I address in this book.

Born in Lima, Peru. He studied Theology, obtaining a master's degree and a doctorate. He also studied a diploma in Coaching and Consulting and a certification program in Ontological Coaching. He has taught and lectured in different countries, and has also written several short stories and books on different subjects.
