Michael (Mihalis) Kuyucu, a Turkish academic and media professional of Greek descent, received his bachelor's degree in the English Department of Istanbul University, his master's degree in Marketing at Yeditepe University – MBA and his PhD in Media Economics and Management from Marmara University Communication Departments. Kuyucu, who received the title of associate professor in the field of communication applications, has been working as a manager and radio & TV programmer in the media industry since 1994. Michael Kuyucu, who has been a faculty member of Istanbul Aydın University for fifteen years since its establishment, has worked as a manager and radio programmer in radios such as Alem Fm – Radyo D – Süper Fm – Metro Fm – Radyo Klas – Radyo Mega – Number One Türk – TRT Radyoları – Best Fm – RS FM and CRI TÜRK. Kuyucu started his television career at Eko TV in 1997 and worked as a television programmer in channels such as TRT Müzik – Number One TV – Flying Bird TV – EkoTürk (economy).
