Born in San Cristobal, Cuba, in 1946. Degree in Geography, Doctor in Pedagogical Sciences. Full Professor. Graduate in English and Portuguese. He has taken and received dozens of postgraduate courses. He has 52 years of teaching experience in Cuba and abroad; more than 80 cultural patents and scientific publications.
