Soner Polat is an associate professor at Kocaeli University Faculty of Education in the Department of Educational Administration, from where he received his doctorate in 2007. He has 20 years of experience in various academic positions, also worked as a teacher in various levels of education. His research interests are diversity management, peace education, and organisational image.
