Erica Holyoke is an assistant professor of responsive literacy education in the School of Education and Human Development at the University of Colorado Denver. Kerry H. Alexander, Heather Dunham, and Claire Collins are doctoral candidates in language and literacy studies in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Texas at Austin.
