Case Studies on Women in Business provides readers with an insightful collection of cases written by women from a variety of backgrounds to help them better understand and prepare for employment in the 21st century. Readers learn about situations they may experience within their future careers and gain valuable insight and awareness that can help them navigate challenges and opportunities throughout their careers. The text is designed to empower women and help them discover greater levels of personal and professional success.

Opening chapters feature cases that explore changing roles in the workplace; the interplay of gender and work; issues related to equality, inclusion, and diversity; and challenges concerning work and family. Additional cases explore women in leadership positions, considerations for international business, and women as entrepreneurs.

The final chapter, titled "Ethics and Personal Values," is new for the third edition. It addresses two important social themes that have recently emerged: the #MeToo movement and empowerment.

Highly personal and written from the perspective of real-world experience, Case Studies on Women in Business is an ideal resource for courses and programs in business and women's studies.
