Robert Michael Magee is a lecturer in criminal justice at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where he also serves as the coordinator of the criminal justice internship program and is a faculty advisor to multiple student organizations. He holds a M.P.A. degree from National University and has completed 21 graduate units in criminal justice. Prior to teaching, he had a 25-year career in local and federal law enforcement. His professional specialties include criminal justice leadership, management, and organizations; privatized corrections/prisons; immigration law enforcement; and conservation/wildlife law enforcement.
