The Amendments 1999 were approved by the Joint Steering Committee (JSC) in 1999 and include rule revisions concerning punctuation and numbering within series titles. The Amendments 2001 were approved by the JSC in 2000 and include a revised chapter 9 on electronic resources, a new appendix for initial articles and other revisions. A full version of the "Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules. Second Edn. 1998 Revision" is available in paperback with the Amendments.
