In The Original Order, you'll be taken on a visionary journey of imagination into the annals of forgotten time, to witness the invention of money and how it forever changed the development of human society. Milan Petrovich, professor of history and physical science at Sarajevo University, witness the landing of a UFO in a nearby forest. He is abducted by aliens and taken on a voyage to the depths of the universe where prehistoric records which are missing from the earthly scripture are stored. Milan reviews these documents and is shocked to learn about the events that led to the invention of money, including an inventor's indictment and exile into the wilderness for theft and falsehood against the fellow humans. Currency as a medium of exchange seemed doomed to fail, until philosopher Statius came up with idea to preserve its usage. Follow along with Milan; as he learned about Statius' brilliant and cruel plan to rule humankind, and how the repercussions of those actions continue to enslave society today.

CHAPTER 2 - Vacation trip to terrestrial world

Milan enjoyed the warm sunny day and the quiet as he headed for summer vacation. The powerful hum of his Zastava 500, going more then 60 kilometers per hour soothed him, and he looked forward to the lazy summer ahead. After the bizarre experience in the forest of Ilidza, his teaching days had been long and tiring and he looked with the relief to the month of June and the end of school year. It was the middle of June in late afternoon when Milan left the Belgrade city limits on the way to the shores of the Adriatic Sea and the city of Podgorica. The slow waltz music from his car’s radio kept him in a dreamy state since he left the city a half hour ago. After been engaged for a three long years to his fiancée, Nada Lazarevich, he felt for the first time that he was in love. Deep in his heart, he felt that this lively lady, a professor of geography, possessed in, addition to physical beauty, the best attributes he expected from his future wife. He was planning to get married during this vacation and was musing over these and similar thoughts and feelings when the Belgrade radio ended its music hour and announced the local news.

At first Milan found this change refreshing and interesting, but as the radio anchor man kept repeating the local news over and over he got bored and was about to turn the radio off, when a most unusual news item caught his immediate attention. According to the report a strange flying object flew early that day several times over the mountain of Tara at a low altitude and when the local military airplane approached the object, it flew off at immense speed. This same news, released in the early morning hours by the small police station below Tara Mountain, was confirmed later that day by the nearest military base. A half hour later, the same flying object was seen again 50 kilometers east, near the city of Uzice. Milan found this news to be strange and rather disturbing. I suppose the strange flying object, apparently seen in two different locations at different time could be an observation mistake or human hallucination. The military radar operators are humans too and they could be misleading by the display of various optical phenomena, Milan reasoned afterward. Then, trying not to think about it, he switched the radio back to slow music and continuing to drive, he soon fell into a state of dreamy relaxation.

*Traveling down the road for a couple of hours, he was approaching town of Bajina Basta, the home of his fiancée, when he saw silent luminous object plummeting to the ground. Hurling down, the object came from the right of Milan’s car, and then glowing the bright light stopped over the treetops. The object hovered above the trees for a short while and then moved across the road. After circling the road few times it came down and landed on the middle of road, some distance away. Pulling magnifying glasses out, Milan took a curious look at mysterious object. The metallic gray saucer, topped by a dome, was huge in size, covering the entire road and quite a portion of a grass field on both sides of the road. A row of flashing red and yellow lights illuminated the middle of craft’s body, while around the reduced base below, several yellow lights burned steadily. A bluish beam of light appeared to issue from the bottom. At first look the object reminded Milan of the spacecraft he recently encountered in forest of Ilidza. Comparing the two crafts, Milan’s mind lighted up a memory of Sarajevo’s police inspector, who tried to ridicule him after listening to his revealing report regarding his encounter with UFO. Claiming that Milan suffered from hallucinations, the police inspector ordered Milan to undergo psychiatric evaluation. However, some time later, as Milan learned from the world news media about the denouncement of UFO reality by the world scientific community and the academia society, his belief in Ilidza forest spacecraft and android Zarko started to wear away. Confused by the UFO mystery, Milan thought that the strange craft he was observing could be a unique opportunity to find out whether UFO’s are real, or perhaps the product of hallucination or hoax. In his judgment, a physical contact with the craft’s body would be adequate proof of its factual reality.

Speculating whether to make contact with a craft’s body with his bare hands, or perhaps threw a rock at the craft, Milan chose the second option.

After completing his brief session of reasoning, Milan continued to drive down the road, keeping his eyes on a craft, which stood stubbornly at the end of the road as if it was waiting for him. The daylight was turning into twilight when a dense fog covered the road, reducing already poor visibility. Looking at the clear sky, Milan wondered where the fog possibly could came from, considering the time of day. Unable to see clearly, he soon lost sight of the craft, as his car went off the road entering a field of grass and bushes. Trying to find the way back to a paved road Milan switched the car’s headlights on, as he noticed that the beams were bending to the left, illuminating the contours of a familiar, gray craft, with its lights off. Assuming that craft could be within the rock throwing distance, Milan picked up a rock from the ground and hurled it at the craft. To his surprise however, the rock didn’t hit its target. Instead, it was rejected into the air, as if bounced off an invisible wall. Puzzled, Milan picked up another rock and threw it in direction of the craft. But, it bounced back again off the invisible wall. Amazed by the strange phenomenon, Milan went back in the car. Refusing to believe what he saw he decided to test the invisible wall by driving his car through it. With this thought in mind, he stepped on gas pedal and went in full speed towards the craft. Seconds later he felt a tremendous impact as if the car had hit a solid rock. Hitting his head on the steering wheel, Milan lost consciousness as his car crashed into a ditch beside the road.

After some time, Milan woke up from a deep sleep. With his head humming, he rubbed his eyes and looked around. Dressed in tight meshed suit with a few belts holding his body against a net, he became terrified as he realized that he was lying down inside a large, egg shaped capsule. His hands were free, but his face was covered by a mask connected to the capsule’s walls by a hose.

Where am I? Milan asked himself, wondering what happened to him and how he got inside this strange looking capsule, but there was no answer to that. His head was foggy and his memory blank, unable to function. After trying to refresh his memory, he was able to recall some events related to his encounter with the UFO.

It became clear to him that as he was traveling to the Adriatic Sea for summer vacation, he was abducted by aliens and taken abroad a UFO following the series of strange events on the roadway. Examining his bad fortune, Milan couldn’t escape the thought that the encounter he had with the mysterious spaceship and alien agent, Zarko Zarich, in the forest of llidja was the likely reason for his abduction. On the other hand, it could be also, that he was the victim of unfortunate circumstances by being in the wrong place at the wrong time. These and similar thoughts had been going through Milan’s head before he was able to get back to reality and his senses. Running his hand over his skin he felt that the dust brush off. He glanced at his body startled. It appeared that a film of white and yellow dust covered his entire body. The origin of this dust puzzled him, but he thought it could be the remnants of some mysterious substance that had filled the capsule earlier. Then, inspired by the urgency to get acquainted with the area around him, Milan pulled the mask off his face and placed it on the net beside him. Having felt that the air inside the capsule was now more fresh and pleasant, he started to breath more freely and easily. His next thought was to disengage the belts that held his body against the net. It took quite some time and effort before he was able to open a rather strange lacking mechanism and finally free his body from bandages. Then, he rose up from the net in a sitting position and took a long look through the capsule walls, observing the area outside it. What he saw made him believe the capsule was located in the middle of an unusual housing construction. Round in form and quite large in size, the hall had no windows and doors. The twilight coming down from cathedral ceiling illuminated the hall interior through several perforated holes.

Encounter with the flying servant Foa

After observing the hall for several minutes, Milan got the impression that the hall was totally empty. Surprisingly, moments later, a blue ball appeared, literally from the nowhere, floating in the middle of hall.

Approximately two feet in diameter, the ball was floating up and down in the air, reminding Milan very much of a toy balloon. It looks as if someone is playing with a toy balloon, thought Milan, watching it with extreme curiosity. But then he thought, it could be some kind of spying eye. As he was speculating about that possibility, the blue balloon started to move forward, making its way through the air. Keeping his eyes on the balloon’s movement, Milan realized that the balloon kept its course toward the capsule. Soon the balloon reached the capsule and, by floating in the air over the one side of the capsule it came to a stop. Trying to figure where the balloon went, Milan was looking around when suddenly the capsule’s upper portion opened and a shiny light blinded him. Startled by the sudden light, he rubbed his eyes for a few moments and then looked up again in the direction of the light source. He was terrified when he saw a human-like head...
