Robert J. Sternberg is Professor of Human Development at Cornell University. Formerly, he was IBM Professor of Psychology and Education and Professor of Management at Yale University, Connecticut. Winner of both the James McKeen Cattell from the Association for Psychological Science (APS) and the Grawemeyer Award in Psychology. He is also a fellow of the American Psychological Association (APA), Association for Psychological Science (APS), American Educational Research Association (AERA), the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and the National Academy of Education.
