Hakkı Bağcı received his BA in Computer and Education Technology and MA in Computer and Education Technology from the University of Anadolu, Turkey. He also holds a PhD degree from the University of Gazi, Turkey. He is an Assistant Professor in the Computer Technology Department at Sakarya University, Turkey. He has published several book chapters, articles and papers on educational technology, the use of technology in special education, social media, and mobile learning. His academic interests include teacher training, blended learning, e-learning, educational technology, use of informational technology in the education of disability students.
