Jie Cao is an expert in public safety and has been working in the field of emergency management for nearly 15 years. He has served as Principal Investigator (PI) for three projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Li Zhu is a young scholar in emergency management. In addition to closely monitoring the development of emergency management and especially in emergency logistics in the past five years, she has served as Principal Investigator (PI) for two projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

He Han is PhD student in NUIST. He majored in emergency management in past four years. He took part in two projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Xiaodong Zhu is a scholar in supply chain and emergency management. He holds a PhD in management science and engineering and has coordinated two provincial scientific research projects on emergency supply chains.
