Dr. Elizabeth Berquist, EdD, teaches Special Education at Towson University. In this role, she supervises student teachers in Baltimore County and Baltimore City schools. She is founder and President of All In Education, Inc., a team of professional learning providers, and a frequent presenter national education conferences. Nancy S. Grasmick is Co-Director of the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD, and the former Maryland State Superintendent of Schools.
